Six area basketball teams make girls state tourney draw High school basketball fans in southcentral Nebraska have a lot to cheer about heading into the girls state basketball tournament scheduled for tody (Thursday j through Saturday. Three teams from the Southern Nebraska Conference  SNC') made it into the girls C2 state championship bracket Superior. Sandy Creek and Tri-County. Additionally, Blue Hill from the neighboring Twin'Valley Con- ference (TVC) will play in the C2 state tournament. Lawrence-Nelson also a member of the TVC. will represent the area in the gMs D2 state tournament. Silver Lake. a school district in Webster and Adams counties created with the consolidation of Bladen and Roseland. will play in the girlsDl state championships. The Lady Mustangs, with a season record of 23-0. are the top seed in the D I tournament.
